Late Night Carb Cravings

I find that I crave carbs in the evening, right before bed. Is there a healthy snack that will satisfy those cravings, but not hurt my fat loss goals?

Its normal to feel a bit hungry in a deficit but if you stay hydrated this will help immensely. Water, Lemmon water, sparkling water, tea and coffee are all good choices.
Veggies are also a good snack to munch on that are generally lower in calories. They key is time. Give your body time to adapt and do not beat yourself up if you’re not perfect.
